Chili Verde Recipe
- Cubed pork lean
- Med. onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 can Herdaz green chile sauce or possibly salsa
- 1 can diced green Ortega chilies
- 2 tbsp. oil
- Fry pan with lid
- 1 can diced black olives
- Flour or possibly corn tortillas, added to top
- Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, grate together
- Cook meat till done.
- Add in ingredients to meat; cover.
- Cook 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till done to your taste.
- Stir occasionally.
- Spoon into tortillas.
- Add in cheese and roll to the table and enjoy.
- Can also make in crock pot.
