Grilled Sweet Potato Sticks with Creamy-Ranch Dip

  1. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Place potatoes in microwaveable dish.
  3. Add water; cover.
  4. Microwave on HIGH 5 min.
  5. ; drain.
  6. Cool 5 min.
  7. Meanwhile, mix spinach, sour cream, onions, cheese and 1/4 cup dressing.
  8. Toss potatoes with remaining dressing.
  9. Grill 10 to 12 min.
  10. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning occasionally.
  11. Serve potatoes with spinach dip.
