Veal Cacciatore Recipe

  1. Coat veal cubes in flour, salt and pepper.
  2. In large skillet brown veal in oil.
  3. Remove veal.
  4. In same skillet saute/fry onion, parsley and mushrooms.
  5. Return veal to skillet, and add in tomato sauce and water.
  6. Add in basil and oregano, and simmer for 30 min covered.
