Bake-Not Brownie Bars
- 2-1/2 cups graham crumbs
- 2 cups Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 6 oz. (3/4 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into small pieces
- 1 cup canned evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- Spray 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.
- Combine graham crumbs, marshmallows and nuts in large bowl.
- Cook chocolate, milk and corn syrup in large saucepan on low heat 5 min.
- or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
- Bring to full rolling boil, on medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Boil 10 min., stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Add butter and vanilla; stir until butter is completely melted.
- Add to crumb mixture; mix well.
- Spread onto bottom of prepared pan.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm before cutting into bars.
