Chik'n Burger with Stuffed Tomato
- 4 medium tomatoes, tops removed
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
- 2 cups STOVE TOP Chicken Flavor or Cornbread Stuffing Mix in the Canister
- 4 BOCA Original Chikn Veggie Patty
- 8 romaine lettuce leaf
- 4 tsp.
- 4 whole wheat hamburger bun
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Scoop out centers of tomatoes, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells; drain.
- Mix 1 cup water, Italian dressing and stuffing mix in microwavable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
- Spoon 1/4 of mixture into each tomato.
- Microwave 2 min.
- Heat chicken patties according to package instructions.
- Stack 1 patty, 2 pieces lettuce and 1 tsp.
- blue cheese dressing on each bun.
- Serve each person 1 chicken burger and 1 stuffed tomato.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with the meal.
