Sour Cream, Pepper and Blue Cheese Dip

• 1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
• 1/2 cup each finely chopped green, red and yellow peppers Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
• 4 green onions, thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese

1. Mix ingredients until blended.
2. Refrigerate 2 hours.
