Beer Battered Fish Recipe

  1. Prepare fish for cooking.
  2. Combine batter ingredients, mixing carefully to keep a light consistency.
  3. Heat oil to 350 degrees.
  4. Dip fish pcs in batter and drop into warm oil a few pcs at a time.
  5. As each piece turns golden, remove to a paper towel lined platter to drain.
  6. Serve with tartar sauce (recipe follows) or possibly your favorite salsa.
