Chocolate-Raspberry Parfaits

  1. Prepare pudding as directed on package; stir in extract.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. Place 2 Tbsp.
  4. raspberries in each of 32 (8-oz.)
  5. parfait glasses (or in each of 4 parfait glasses for trial recipe); top with layers of 1/2 cup pudding, 2 Tbsp.
  6. OREO Pieces and 1 Tbsp.
  7. each raspberries and whipped topping.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
