Teriyaki Chicken Burgers

  1. For the burgers:
  2. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  3. Mix all burger ingredients in a large bowl and form into 6 burgers.
  4. Bake on baking sheet for 20 minutes.
  5. During the last minute, place Swiss cheese slices on burgers to melt.
  6. For the sauce:
  7. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil.
  8. Then lower heat to medium and let simmer until reduced and thickened.
  9. For the mayo:
  10. Stir mayo and teriyaki sauce together.
  11. Assembly:
  12. Spread mayo mixture on the bottom half of the bun, then place a burger patty, lettuce leaf, tomato, pineapple slice, onion, and top with the top half of the bun.
  13. Eat!
