Cannoli Pie

  1. Mix ricotta cheese, flour, eggs and sugar in mixer until smooth.
  2. Fold in cherries and chocolate chips.
  3. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  4. Sprinkle pie with slivered almonds and cinnamon.
  5. Bake at 350F for 50 to 60 minutes.
  6. Chill before serving.
  7. Makes 6-8 servings.
