Chicken skillet
- 2 cup oil
- 1 medium piece of chicken (thigh)
- 1 small diced onion
- 1 cup frozen veggies
- 2 cup chicken broth (dry variety)
- Dice up your onions and onions
- Boil 2 cups of water (to mix with dry chicken broth)
- Add oil to pan and heat on med-high
- Once oil is heated add onions and chicken
- When chicken is slightly brown (not fully done ! )
- add veggies and noodles (add more for more servings) stir frequently.
- Once boiling turn down the heat to low and let simmer.
- Slowly add soup base and parsley for more flavoring.
- Check noodles and chicken and take off heat.
- Serve with love :)
