Cauliflower and Herbs

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add Onions, celery seed & black pepper and Saute for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add Cauliflower and cook 1 minute.
  4. Turn Heat to medium low.
  5. Add Gin, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Add spinach and stir until just wilted.
  7. Stir in fresh herbs, cook about 30 seconds and remove to serving bowl.
  8. Deglaze pan with vinegar and sprinkle vinegar over vegetables in the bowl.
  9. Sprinkle with salt and fresh ground pepper, toss and serve.
