Beef Flank Steak & Rice-Cranberry Pilaf

  1. Pour dressing over beef; marinate 30 min.
  2. to overnight in refrigerator.
  3. Grill or broil beef 3 to 5 min.
  4. per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
  5. Mix orange juice and 1/3 cup water in small saucepan; bring to boil.
  6. Stir in rice and cranberries; return to boil.
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover.
  8. Simmer 5 min.
  9. Remove from heat and let stand 5 min.
  10. Stir in almonds just before serving.
  11. Steam broccoli as directed on package.
  12. Enjoy an apricot topped with sorbet for dessert.
  13. Serve meal with a glass of water.
