Moroccan Mint Tea Granita

  1. In a large pot bring all ingredients to a boil, except food coloring.
  2. Remove from heat and allow to steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain and add coloring.
  4. Freeze with a metal whisk in mixture.
  5. During freezing, whisk periodically to add iciness and a grainy texture to the granita

tea, orange blossom water, mint, sugar, honey, water
