Mini BBQ Turkey Burgers with Orange Zest

  1. Mix juice, zest, barbecue sauce and soy sauce; set aside half for serving with cooked burgers.
  2. Combine next 5 ingredients; shape into 12 patties, using scant 1/4 cup meat mixture for each.
  3. Cook patties on griddle on medium-high heat 10 min.
  4. or until done (165 degrees F), turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce mixture.
  5. Fill rolls with lettuce and burgers.
  6. Serve with reserved barbecue sauce mixture.
