Mini BBQ Turkey Burgers with Orange Zest
- juice and 1/2 tsp. zest from 1 large orange
- 1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1-1/4 lb. ground turkey
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 12 dinner rolls (2 inch), split
- 4 red leaf lettuce leaves, each torn into 3 pieces
- Mix juice, zest, barbecue sauce and soy sauce; set aside half for serving with cooked burgers.
- Combine next 5 ingredients; shape into 12 patties, using scant 1/4 cup meat mixture for each.
- Cook patties on griddle on medium-high heat 10 min.
- or until done (165 degrees F), turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce mixture.
- Fill rolls with lettuce and burgers.
- Serve with reserved barbecue sauce mixture.
