Milk Agar Jello with Tangerines

  1. Add syrup from the canned tangerines, sugar, and powdered kanten into a pot.
  2. When it boils, cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Turn the heat off, and mix in the rum.
  4. In a container, evenly distribute the drained canned tangerines.
  5. Heat milk to body temperature in a microwave.
  6. Add the kanten solution in small batches.
  7. Mix.
  8. Pour carefully into the container.
  9. Cool the whole container in cold water.
  10. Remove from the container to finish!

  12. Slice each serving and enjoy It looks really pretty if you serve it on a plate that contrasts with the white of the milk.
