Fettuccine With Basil, Turkey and Walnuts
- 1 (9 ounce) package fresh fettuccine
- 34 cup heavy cream
- 1 14 cups turkey ham, diced
- 13 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 18 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 13 cup chopped walnuts
- Bring a large pot of water to boil.
- Add fettuccine and cook 3 minutes or until almost tender.
- Drain well.
- To the pot, add cream, turkey ham, basil, cheese, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until very hot and well blended.
- Add pasta and walnuts and cook, tossing, 1 to 2 minutes until heated through.
- Serve immediately.
