Snowy Coconut Pudding Recipe

  1. Thoroughly mix sugar, gelatin, and salt; add in lowfat milk.
  2. Stir over medium heat till gelatin and sugar dissolve.
  3. Refrigeratetill partially set.
  4. Add in vanilla.
  5. Mix in coconut, then whipped cream.
  6. Pile into 1 1/2 qt mold; refrigeratetill hard, at least 4 hrs.
  7. Unmold.
  8. Serve with Crimson Raspberry Sauce.
  9. Makes 8 servings.
