Turkey Stuffed Peppers

  1. Cut peppers lengthwise to form oval boats; remove seeds.
  2. Boil them for 5 minutes or microwave them.
  3. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  4. In 10-inch frypan, saute onions and garlic for 2 minutes. Add ground turkey, tomato paste and corn, stirring frequently; cook 5 minutes.
  5. Add rice, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; cook 2 minutes on low heat.
  6. Fill each pepper boat with 1/4 of cooked turkey mixture.
  7. Sprinkle each with cheese and broil or microwave on High for 2 minutes.
  8. Serves 4. Contains 189 calories each serving.
