Jan's German Apple Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Spray loaf pan with Pam or other vegetable spray.
  3. In one small bowl, beat together eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla.
  4. Mix together all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  5. Add liquid ingredients to dry and mix well.
  6. Fold in chopped apples, walnuts, and raisins.
  7. Spoon into loaf pan until half full.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 50-60 minutes.
  9. Check center with toothpick to see if done.
  10. Remove and cool on wire rack.
