Pumpkin Bars With Cream Cheese Frosting

  1. Mix the sugar, eggs, oil and pumpkin; beat with electric mixer several minutes.
  2. Add the remaining cake ingredients until well combined.
  3. Bake in a lightly greased 9x13 inch pan at 325 degrees F for 25-30 minutes till toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool.
  5. Frosting: Mix the cream cheese, vanilla and butter until smooth.
  6. Slowly add the powdered sugar and enough cream for spreading consistency.
