Buddhist Mushroom Fry Recipe

  1. Heat the oil and fry the garlic till light brown.
  2. Add in all the mushrooms and red pepper and fry over high heat for 2 min.
  3. Add in the sesame oil, soy sauce and continue to stir fry for 2 min.
  4. Dissolve the cornflour in water and add in to the wok.
  5. Bring to a quick boil and dish up to serve.
