Buddhist Mushroom Fry Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
- 2 x Cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Veg. oil
- 1 x 200 gram can Chinese mushrooms
- 200 gm Straw mushrooms, (7 ounce)
- 200 gm Button mushrooms, (7 ounce)
- 1 x Red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Light soy sauce
- 200 ml Water
- 1 tsp Cornflour
- Heat the oil and fry the garlic till light brown.
- Add in all the mushrooms and red pepper and fry over high heat for 2 min.
- Add in the sesame oil, soy sauce and continue to stir fry for 2 min.
- Dissolve the cornflour in water and add in to the wok.
- Bring to a quick boil and dish up to serve.
