Manhattan Clam Chowder Soup Recipe

  1. Add in onion to bacon, cook till onion is soft.
  2. Add in to clam juice: 2 quarts.
  3. water
  4. Start simmering.
  5. Add in: 3 lg.
  6. carrots 3 lg.
  7. potatoes
  8. Put bacon, onion, 1 tsp.
  9. thyme leaves and pepper to taste, cook till vegetables are done, then add in minced clams.
  10. Simmer for about 5 min.
