Creamy Scalloped Potatoes Crockpot Recipe

  1. Toss potato slices in water and cream of tartar.
  2. Drain.
  3. Put half of potatoes in greased crockpot.
  4. Top half of onion slices, flour, salt and pepper.
  5. Add in remaining potatoes and onions and sprinkle rest of flour on top.
  6. Add in butter and undiluted soup.
  7. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hrs or possibly high 3 to 4 hrs.
  8. Add in cheese 30 min before serving.
  9. Recipe may be doubled.
