Cheese & Beef Roll-Ups

  1. Beat cream cheese and horseradish in bowl on medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth.
  2. Spread about 3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Arrange 5 or 6 spinach leaves over cream cheese.
  4. Place 2 slices roast beef over spinach.
  5. Sprinkle about 1/3 cup cheese over roast beef.
  6. Roll tortillas up tightly; wrap each with plastic food wrap.
  7. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Cut each tortilla into 1-inch slices to serve.
