Basil Pesto Chicken
- 300 grams Chicken thighs (for fried chicken)
- 1 tbsp Basi pesto
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Add the chicken, sake, and salt into a plastic bag, and massage.
- Leave it for about 30 minutes.
- Lay the Step 1 chicken in a non-stick frying-pan without oil (drain off the marinade).
- Pan-fry both sides over medium heat, cover with a lid, and cook over low heat until cooked through.
- Brown the chicken as shown in the picture.
- Wipe off the oil from the meat with a paper towel.
- Add the basil pesto, and continue frying while coating the meat with the sauce, then done.
