Basil Pesto Chicken

  1. Add the chicken, sake, and salt into a plastic bag, and massage.
  2. Leave it for about 30 minutes.
  3. Lay the Step 1 chicken in a non-stick frying-pan without oil (drain off the marinade).
  4. Pan-fry both sides over medium heat, cover with a lid, and cook over low heat until cooked through.
  5. Brown the chicken as shown in the picture.
  6. Wipe off the oil from the meat with a paper towel.
  7. Add the basil pesto, and continue frying while coating the meat with the sauce, then done.
