Bbq Chicken N Cheese bubble Up
- 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 can Pillsbury Grands Homestyle refrigerated original or buttermilk biscuits
- 1 can Barbecue Sauce
- 2 cup Shredded Sharp Cheese
- Heat oven to 350*F. Spray 13x9-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- Heat a 10-Inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cut Chicken into 1-Inch pieces add them to the skillet and cook until no longer pink.
- Remove from heat and cool slightly, about 5 minutes.
- Separate dough into 8 biscuits.
- Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces.
- Set aside.
- Put the cooked chicken and dough pieces into a bowl and cover with the bbq sauce.
- Mix all together making sure the dough and chicken is fully covered.
- Spread evenly into the greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese over top.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
- You want to be sure the biscuits are fully cooked and are not still raw.
- Serve and Enjoy
