Smothered Sirloin Steak in Parmesan-Peppercorn Sauce

  1. Pour 1/4 cup of the dressing over steak in resealable plastic bag.
  2. Seal bag; turn to coat.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. or overnight to marinate.
  5. Combine sour cream, 2 Tbsp.
  6. of the remaining dressing, the Parmesan cheese and pepper.
  7. Refrigerate until serving time.
  8. Heat remaining 2 Tbsp.
  9. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  10. Add onions; cook 7 to 8 min.
  11. or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  12. Remove onions; set aside.
  13. Drain steak; discard marinade.
  14. Cook steak in same skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min.
  15. on each side for medium doneness.
  16. Place on cutting board; slice crosswise into thin strips.
  17. Serve steak topped with sauce and onions.
