Lemon Ice Cream Pie Recipe

  2. Combine cookie crumb, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter.
  3. Press into pie pan and bake at 425 degrees for five minutes.
  4. Do not overbake!
  5. Mix lemon juice, lemon rind, remaining sugar (1 cup), and cream.
  6. Pour filling into crust and freeze
