Peanut Butter-Banana Parfaits
- 1/2 cup large flake rolled oats
- 3 Tbsp. slivered almonds, coarsely chopped
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/4 cup Kraft All Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 large banana, cut into 28 slices
- 2 cups plain low fat Greek-style yogurt
- Cook oats and nuts in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min.
- or until toasted, stirring frequently.
- Add butter and honey; mix well.
- Remove from heat; cool.
- Spoon 4 tsp.
- oat mixture into each of 4 parfait glasses; top with layers of 1 tsp.
- peanut butter, 3 banana slices, and 1/4 cup yogurt.
- Repeat all layers.
- Top with remaining oat mixture, peanut butter and banana slices.
