Dense Tofu Baked Cheesecake

  1. For the normal cookie base, add the cookies to a plastic bag, seal it and crush finely.
  2. Add the peanut butter and mix.
  3. Push them into the cake tin and chill in the refrigerator.
  4. Combine the ingredients marked with and mix well.
  5. Then, add the ingredients marked with and mix again.
  6. Once smooth, add the cake flour and mix lightly.
  7. Pour the mixture into the cake tin from step 2 and cook at 180C for 25 minutes.
  8. When done, pierce the cheesecake with a skewer and if it comes out clean, it's ready!
  9. Cut it once chilled.
