Beef Stew Iii Recipe

• 2 lb stewing beef in 1" pcs
• 1 pkt onion soup mix
• 1/2 c. red wine
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1/4 c. quick tapioca
• 1 can whole mushrooms - (4 ounce)

1. Combine all ingredients in crockpot, stirring together to mix well.
2. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 12 hrs or possibly for 4 to 6 hrs on HIGH.
3. Serve over noodles or possibly rice.
