Hummus Wraps Recipe kimcheesoup

  1. prepare the hummus to the package directions... or make your own hummus using CHOWs recipe (http://www.chow.com/recipes/28598-basic-hummus)
  2. briefly heat the tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
  3. enough to soften them so they dont break when handled.
  4. place 3-4 tablespoons of hummus on the middle section of the tortilla, leaving 2 inches of space at the bottom
  5. add about 1 tablespoon each of all the vegetables
  6. wrap up like a burrito.
  7. continue making wraps until you run out of the ingredients.
  8. add taco sauce if you like, and eat.
  9. this can be made a day or 2 ahead.
  10. you can make a bunch of them, and wrap in saran wrap to keep in the fridge for a quick on the go snack.

bean sprouts, japanese cucumber, carrot, mixed greens, white mushrooms, tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts, red onion, taco sauce
