Cream Cheese-Cinnamon Buns

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Whisk egg and 1 cup milk until blended; set aside.
  3. Combine 2-1/4 cups flour, granulated sugar and baking powder in large bowl.
  4. Cut in 1/2 cup butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Add egg mixture; stir until mixture forms soft dough.
  6. Sprinkle remaining flour onto work surface.
  7. Add dough; knead until smooth and no longer sticky.
  8. Roll into 12x10-inch rectangle.
  9. Melt remaining butter; brush onto dough.
  10. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon until blended; sprinkle over dough.
  11. Roll up dough tightly, starting at one long side.
  12. Cut into 16 slices; place, cut sides up, on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  13. Bake 18 to 20 min.
  14. or until puffed and lightly browned.
  15. Cool slightly.
  16. Beat powdered sugar, cream cheese and remaining milk until blended.
  17. Drizzle over buns.
