Chipotle Artichoke Hummus

  1. Add garbanzo beans, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, sea salt and garlic to a blender or food processor.
  2. Pulse until almost smooth.
  3. Scrape sides of the bowl if needed.
  4. Add water, lemon juice and olive oil.
  5. Blend until completely smooth.
  6. If using a blender chop artichoke hearts into small pieces and stir them into the hummus.
  7. If using a food processor add artichoke hearts and pulse until artichokes are in medium/small sized pieces.
  8. Serve with desired chips, crackers and veggies.
