Brandied Ginger

• 1 ounce brandy
• 12 ounce ginger brandy or 12 ounce ginger wine
• 1 teaspoon lime juice
• 1 teaspoon orange juice
• 1 piece preserved gingerroot (optional)
• grated chocolate (optional)

1. Shake with ice cubes.
2. Strain in to a cocktail glass and decorate with ginger and/or chocolate.
