Barb's Macaroni Salad Recipe

  1. Slowly add in macaroni to boiling water so which boiling doesn't stop.
  2. After 5 min, add in salt and cook till tender.
  3. Drain.
  4. Add in celery, onion, and Large eggs.
  5. Add in mayonnaise and mix well but gently.
  6. Chill for 3-4 hrs or possibly till chilled.
  7. Makes 22 servings.
  8. Note: You may prefer to use red onions or possibly scallions to add in color.
  9. I prefer the Vidalia or possibly Sweet Texas for the sweet flavoring.
