Bamboo Rice
- 3 Bamboo ,fresh
- 1/2 kg sticky rice ,fresh harvest prefrable
- 1/2 liter water
- 1/2 tsp salt ,option
- Take one bamboo ,fill raw sticky rice until almost full,repeat another 2 bamboo
- Add salt ,fill bamboo with water ,while adding there will be bubbles thats mean water is running down to the bottom ,keep add water until full,cover with banana leaves
- Direct baked on wood fire until bamboo turn black ,keep roll bamboo to make it cook evenly
- After its cooked,hit bamboo with wood or heavy knife to let the thin bamboo tissue stick to the rice
- Peel out black bamboo..and voilaaa a very white and smell so good rice ..taste it warm ..
