Garlic Cream Sauce for Chicken/Seafood/Pasta

  1. Melt margarine on stovetop and add garlic.
  2. Saute 1 minute.
  3. Add flour and stir another minute.
  4. Add chicken broth and cook stirring until sauce thickens.
  5. Stir in sour cream.
  6. Serve over chicken, seafood, pasta or a mixture.
