Creamy Tuna Wedges Recipe
- 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper sauce
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce.) can tuna, liquid removed
- 1 med. stalk celery, cut diagonally into 1/4 inch slices
- Assorted fresh vegetables: sliced mushrooms, cherry tomato halves, minced broccoli
- Shredded cheese
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Set out a 12-inch round pan.
- Combine baking mix and water till soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes.
- Pat dough into ungreased pan, forming 1/2 inch rim.
- Bake 10 min.
- Cold.
- Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, onions, horseradish, pepper sauce, and tuna.
- Spread proportionately over crust.
- Divide dough into 6 wedges with celery slices.
- Top wedges with vegetables and cheese.
- Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
- Cut into bite-size pcs or possibly serve with a small knife and allow guests to cut their own.
