Creamy Tuna Wedges Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Set out a 12-inch round pan.
  3. Combine baking mix and water till soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes.
  4. Pat dough into ungreased pan, forming 1/2 inch rim.
  5. Bake 10 min.
  6. Cold.
  7. Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, onions, horseradish, pepper sauce, and tuna.
  8. Spread proportionately over crust.
  9. Divide dough into 6 wedges with celery slices.
  10. Top wedges with vegetables and cheese.
  11. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
  12. Cut into bite-size pcs or possibly serve with a small knife and allow guests to cut their own.
