Crispy Oriental Green Salad Recipe

  1. In large skillet, heat butter.
  2. Add in sugar, sesame seeds, noodles, and almonds.
  3. Cook and stir till lightly browned, about 5 min.
  4. Cold to room temperature.
  5. Coarsely chop bok choy using stalks and leaves, add in onions and chill.
  6. Combine all dressing ingredients and shake well.
  7. To serve, toss greens with noodle mix and dressing.
