Crispy Oriental Green Salad Recipe
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 c. sesame seeds
- 2 (3 ounce.) pkg. Ramen noodles, uncooked and broken up (don't use seasonings)
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. sliced almonds
- 1 lg. head or possibly 2 sm. heads bok choy (2 lb.)
- 4 green onions with tops, sliced
- In large skillet, heat butter.
- Add in sugar, sesame seeds, noodles, and almonds.
- Cook and stir till lightly browned, about 5 min.
- Cold to room temperature.
- Coarsely chop bok choy using stalks and leaves, add in onions and chill.
- Combine all dressing ingredients and shake well.
- To serve, toss greens with noodle mix and dressing.
