Meatless Two-Bean Chili

  1. Cook onions and peppers in hot oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well.
  3. Bring to boil; cover.
  4. Simmer on low heat 15 to 20 min.
  5. or until heated through and slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve topped with cheese.
