Dijon-Cilantro Tuna Salad On Whole Grain Bread

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Mix in tuna.
  3. Add celery, onion, and cilantro; mix well.
  4. Cover; chill at least 30 minutes.
  5. Spoon 1/2 cup tuna on each of 6 bread slices.
  6. Top with tomato slices, arugula, and bread slices.
  7. Cut sandwiches in half.
