Macaroni Salad
- 1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni, prepared
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 (5 3/4 ounce) jar green olives, sliced
- 12 cup olive juice
- 2 tablespoons relish
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 14 cup onion, finely chopped
- celery seed, to taste
- salt, to taste
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
- Let chill at least one hour.
