Pepperoni Roll-Up
- 1- 1/2 pound Pizza Dough
- 2 sticks Pepperoni, Thinly Sliced
- 1 whole Large Onion, Sliced
- 16 ounces, weight Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Flatten dough into a rectangular shape as best you can.
- Place pepperoni and onions on dough, evenly distributed.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top of the pepperoni.
- Roll up and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Baste with beaten egg.
- Bake for 25 minutes of until golden brown.
