No Bake Mock Cheese Cake (Egg-Free)
- 8 ounces cookie crumbs
- 150 g butter
- 8 ounces condensed milk
- 8 ounces Nestle cream
- 12 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup coffee creamer
- Melt butter and add to cookie crumbs to form a base, press into Pyrex bowl ans set in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Combine condensed milk and dessert cream, mix until smooth, add coffee creamer (mixture should start to thicken now).
- Add lemon juice and mix.
- Pour mixture onto cookie base and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (overnight is best).
- You may decorate with fruit or chocolate as mentioned above.
