No Bake Mock Cheese Cake (Egg-Free)

  1. Melt butter and add to cookie crumbs to form a base, press into Pyrex bowl ans set in fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Combine condensed milk and dessert cream, mix until smooth, add coffee creamer (mixture should start to thicken now).
  3. Add lemon juice and mix.
  4. Pour mixture onto cookie base and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (overnight is best).
  5. You may decorate with fruit or chocolate as mentioned above.
