Country Sandwich

  1. Cut off top of baguette; set aside.
  2. Hollow out inside of baguette bottom, leaving 1/2-inch-thick shell.
  3. Brush inside of shell with 2 Tbsp.
  4. dressing.
  5. Combine vegetables and remaining dressing.
  6. Spoon into bread shell; top with layers of meat and cheese.
  7. Cover with top of baguette.
