Kevs Chili

  1. Chop the meats, we use a food processor for a coarse chop.
  2. Better meats yield better chili.
  3. Brown the meats with a bit of salt and pepper.
  4. Chop and Dice all vegetables in a food processor.
  5. Combine all above ingredients into large sauce pan or slow cooker.
  6. I use a large Crockpot.
  7. Slow cook covered 10-12 Hours on Low Heat.
  8. My Teaspoons and Tablespoons are usually heaping.
