Pork Chop Rice Casserole Recipe

  1. Brown pork chops in lard.
  2. Spread rice in bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan.
  3. Reserve 1 Tbsp.
  4. onion soup mix and sprinkle rest over rice.
  5. Drain mushrooms, saving liquid and distribute over rice.
  6. Add in warm water to mushrooms to rice.
  7. Arrange chops on top.
  8. Sprinkle with rest of soup mix.
  9. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees about 45 min to 1 hour.
  10. Remove foil and cook 10 min.
