Chinese Chive Egg Drop Miso Soup
- 1/2 bunch Chinese chives
- 1 Eggs
- 600 ml Dashi stock
- 1 Miso (any type)
- Cut the Chinese chive into 2 cm length.
- Pour the dashi stock into a pot, add the Chinese chives and simmer until soft.
- Add the miso and boil.
- Swirl in the beaten egg slowly little by little, and immediately turn off the heat.
- Cover with a lid and let cook.
