Chinese Chive Egg Drop Miso Soup

  1. Cut the Chinese chive into 2 cm length.
  2. Pour the dashi stock into a pot, add the Chinese chives and simmer until soft.
  3. Add the miso and boil.
  4. Swirl in the beaten egg slowly little by little, and immediately turn off the heat.
  5. Cover with a lid and let cook.
